Communicate to the Guest Service Representative that you are reserving a room under the “Hidalgo & Murillo Wedding ” block with the dates you want to stay.

If anyone wishes to stay outside of the group block, reserve your room through the group block and email: Portia Khan at pkhan@ayreshotels.com to extend the reservation past the block dates.

You will have till September 23rd, 2026, to reserve your rooms at the group rate. We encourage everyone to reserve their room earlier than later so we can add to the room block.

For individual reservations, should an emergency arise, they may cancel 72 hours prior to arrival
